Giving Back at the Golden Globes Gifting Suites

Celebrities and VIPs attended the gifting suites on January 13 and 14, in honor of the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards. Luxurious gifts, services and hors d’oeuvres were offered, and giving back was the theme of the day!

The Secret Room Event, at the SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills, showcased an array of skincare, handbags, clothing and kids items while benefiting To Write Love on Her Arms and Gobble Gobble Give. The lounge included products from all over the world:  Stephen James Luxury Organics, certified organic, kosher and vegan products;  Pet Head apparel and accessories for pets;  Izzy & Ali,high-quality faux leather handbags;  Mantra Herbal skin care; Dolphin Organics personal care baby products;  Pink Lining designer accessories for kids;  and Baby Hawk stylish baby carriers.
Chick Boss jewelry lured the women in the lounge. Founder Pat Pannell hires individuals in need from Guatemala and trains them to be skilled artisans. Sonas Denim caught the eye of CSI Miami detective, Sofia Milos, who sported a white pair of Christine Hip Huggers.  Founded by Gerry Kelly, his patched sixties and seventies style denim was a huge hit!  A portion of production, made from reclaimed denim, makes Sonas a unique find. Ten percent of net profits go to animal welfare, a cause close to Kelly’s heart.
